Z02 Functional genome analysis of genetic and epigenetic evolution of hematopoetic neoplasms by next generation sequencing
Next generation sequencing (NGS) produces hundreds of millions of high quality sequencing reads in a short time and enables holistic analysis of RNA species and of changes of genetic information. We will provide knowledge and technology to prepare, perform and evaluate high throughput sequencing. Furthermore we will build up and expand a central and secure IT platform for the documentation, analysis and visualization of various findings.
