SFB Associated Project awarded Bio-M Innovation Prize
Tubulis Therapeutics – next-generation antibody drug conjugates (ADCs)

Associated SFB members Dr. Jonas Helma-Smets and Dr. Dominik Schumacher, project managers of Tubulis Therapeutics, with Prof. Dr. Heinrich Leonhardt and Prof. Dr. Christian Hackenberger (FMP Berlin) composed one of this year's winning teams for the BioM m4 Award 2017. The m4 Award recognizes start-ups in the biomedical field, for development of innovative therapeutics and diagnostics.
The award-winning Tubulis Therapeutics initiative is the development of a kind of molecular glue to stabilize specific antibody-drug conjugates (ADC) for targeted cancer immunotherapy, in particular for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia (AML).
